We welcome you to Monte Viñas, our friendly urbanisation, situated at the Costa del Sol and a part of Manilva village/town.

We are 99 members from 8 different nations. That makes us a multicultural urbanisation, giving us an opportunity for a rich exchange among people. It also means that we have to give consideration and to respect each others views.

We have following purposes for the members in our community, they shall feel:

• Proud in that Monte Viñas is well kept and beautiful
• Satisfied with the technical and administrative maintenance
• Surrounded by considerate and helpful neighbours
• Well treated by elected members and employees
• Have reasonable management costs for living in Monte Viñas
• Understand the Spanish life and culture
